The master bedroom comes complete with a reading nook and all modern conveniences, as well as a full en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedroom areas, one of which is an alcove adjoining the lounge, which opens to the balcony, the other, slightly further back branching off from the entry passage. The second bathroom is also equipped with a glass shower and views. 

The lounge/kitchen space is ideal for entertaining small groups of friends, with ample plush seating and an open plan kitchen with barstools along its counter. The kitchen is equipped with everything a modern gourmet requires, and with an unimpeded view of the ocean. The balcony lends itself to al fresco brunches, sea-gazing, and sun tanning. This is a compact yet beautifully appointed apartment, right on the doorstep of the ocean.
