We’re talking about a three-course luncheon menu elegantly designed to take you on a flavour journey that is wholesome, intricate and grounded in conscious living.
Gluten, dairy, meat and free options are available across the board, ensuring something for everyone. Expect delights such as wild mushroom risotto with thyme, parmesan cheese and crispy shimeji’s or an heirloom tomato salad with toasted almonds, baby beets, buffalo mozzarella and a lime/basil infusion.
Everything will be paired with elegant Cointreau cocktails, bubbles and a little Happy Culture Kombucha.
